At the end of 2023, we released our debut album, which we were able to finance with the help of our supporters. With our debut album, SILENT CRIES KEEP ME UP AT NIGHT, we played various concerts and festivals this year, including the Riverside Festival in Aarburg, where we won the band contest and secured the best slot. It’s an incredible feeling to share all the joy we have for our music with our crew and of course with all the fans.
In January, we’ll be heading to Wales for a recording session
with Grammy-nominated producer Romesh Dodangoda to record a full album. The demos are ready, and both we and Romesh are excited about our time in the studio. We want to thank everyone who is supporting us once again, and we can’t wait to start the next chapter of 2SILENT with you!

DARREN
My name is Darren,
and I am part of the band 2SILENT.
My passion is music. I’ve been playing the guitar since I was 6 years old and fell in love with making music immediately. In 2021, I founded the band 2SILENT together with Sascha.
The next highlight awaits us in January: the recording session in Wales with Grammy-nominated producer Romesh Dodangoda. It’s an incredible opportunity to work with someone who is such an outstanding producer in today’s rock scene. The demos are ready, and all of us – including Romesh – can’t wait to bring the songs to life in the studio. Thank you for your support – we couldn’t do this without you!

Hello, my name is Sascha,
and I am in the band 2SILENT with Darren.
I’ve been playing drums since I was 8 years old, and my passion for music has grown steadily over time. At the age of 17, I wrote my first songs and also started taking guitar and vocal lessons. In 2021, my path crossed with Darren's.
But time doesn't stand still...
We already have our next album in the works and would love to continue this journey. For that, we need your support once again! Since we currently don’t earn much from our music, we have to pay for the studio sessions using our student salaries.
As studio time is not cheap, we appreciate any support you can give!

Romesh Dodangoda is a Record Producer, Engineer & Mixer from Wales specialising in the world of Rock, Pop & Metal.
Romesh’s long list of credits includes artists such as Bring Me The Horizon, Motorhead, Funeral For A Friend, Nova Twins, Twin Atlantic, Kids In Glass Houses and more.
Hailing from the heart of Wales, Romesh’s journey into the world of music production began with a passion that would eventually lead him to two prestigious Grammy nominations and also a Mercury nomination for his work on records.
With an extensive discography that spans over 20 years of making records with artists around the world, Romesh Dodangoda continues to shape the sound of contemporary music, pushing boundaries and setting new standards for audio production & mixing.
LONGWAVE
Long Wave Recording Studio is Romesh Dodangoda’s production studio in Cardiff, Wales.
The studio has a large collection of vintage and modern high-end equipment and is based around an Audient 8024 80 channel mixing console, with extensive analog outboard from API, SSL, Neve, Avalon, Retro, Chandler, Empirical Labs, Tube Tech, etc., along with a huge selection of amps, guitars, drums and fx.
